TransCelerate BioPharma is a non-profit organization that seeks to improve the health and wellness of people around the world by simplifying and accelerating the research and development of new pharmaceuticals and therapies.

CMYK first began its partnership with TransCelerate in 2015, designing and developing to support new content and functionality as they expanded their programs and initiatives over the years. In 2020, we began the process of fully overhauling their site, in order to create a modern and highly functionality platform for future growth.
The challenges for this project were two-fold: first was the need to present highly technical information in an engaging and easily digestible way for researchers and laypersons alike; the second was to design the site to accommodate large quantities of ever-changing content so that important documents are easily accessible to all users.
To overcome both challenges, we re-imagined content structures throughout the site to better organize the relationships between different pages and pieces of content, so that if you’re looking to get to point “C,” you can easily see the path to get there along points “A” and “B.”
Additionally, we created a series of data visualizations in the form of graphs and animations to distill complex ideas down to their most pertinent details, to efficiently communicate core messaging to a wide demographic of users.
Finally, we integrated of a series of advanced analytics tools so we could see how people were actually using the platform on a daily basis, and re-designed pages and navigation structures in order bring important information to the forefront of the site. With these analytics in place, we were able to ensure that users could access the reports and program details they need.
