Previously, customers had to contact Sales Reps directly to put in or edit orders, but that old and outdated system was replaced by a modern e-commerce platform where customers can build, edit, and submit their orders online. Party Rental Ltd. enlisted CMYK to produce a series of How-to videos to help their customers navigate the new ecommerce features on their website and have the most convenient and seamless renting experience as possible.
CMYK oversaw the production of these videos from start to finish. We were responsible for concepting, script writing, storyboarding, design/illustration, voice over, and animation. The Party Rental brand is fun! So we cast their mascot– a big pink hippo– as the animated narrator of the videos.
