Alchemy Live

When your event touches every surface, every surface has to hold together.

the project

Alchemy Insights brought CMYK on to build the complete visual world of their flagship summit, Finance Rewritten: a one-day live event in April 2026 focused on the future of AI and crypto. The scope covered everything from the event website to the livestream broadcast to the swag in attendees’ bags, making this one of the most comprehensive single-event engagements CMYK has taken on.

The Challenge

The challenge was not any single
deliverable. It was the sheer range of them,
and the expectation that all of them would
feel like parts of one unified whole. Over
eight weeks, CMYK produced more than
150 individual assets spanning website
design, social media graphics, livestream
screen packages, on-site signage, print
collateral, and a full merch line.

Each format has its own technical
requirements, its own lead times, and its
own visual constraints. The risk in a project
this wide is fragmentation: assets that look
related but do not feel cohesive. That
was not an option.

There was also a collaboration dimension. Alchemy has a strong internal brand team, and CMYK was brought in not to replace that team but to extend it. We had to integrate closely, move fast, and operate with the discipline of an in-house studio while managing the full complexity of an external production engagement.

the approach

CMYK established the visual system for the event early and locked it in before production began, creating a shared reference point that every subsequent asset could be measured against. From there, work moved in parallel across workstreams: digital and social, broadcast and screen, print and physical.

The internal Alchemy team stayed
embedded in the process throughout, with
review cycles structured to keep feedback
consolidated and decisions moving.

The livestream package required particular attention. Lower thirds, title cards, animated stings, holding screens, break screens, and sponsor slates all needed to feel like parts of a broadcast identity rather than a collection of templates. The merch line, often an afterthought in event production, was treated with the same care as the stage graphics: t-shirts, hoodies, totes, lanyards, and badges designed to hold the brand with the same authority as everything else.

the result

Everything shipped before the April 28
event date. More than 150 assets, across
digital, screen, print , and physical formats,
delivered in eight weeks with a visual
coherence that held from the website to the
stage to the attendee experience.

The collaboration between CMYK and the Alchemy team was close enough that the work never felt like it came from two separate places.
