starting salary – 70k
CMYK Digital Design Agency seeks a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of all our projects, from web design and development to video production.
Responsibilities:
– Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects across Design, Development, and Video departments, meticulously monitoring timelines, client deliverables, and resource allocation.
– Foster clear and consistent communication by leading weekly project check-ins and keeping project teams and account managers informed of progress and status updates.
– Champion a rigorous internal review process, ensuring all projects meet CMYK’s high standards through meticulous progress tracking and facilitation of comprehensive reviews.
– Collaborate with department managers to forecast studio workload and strategically allocate resources to optimize project efficiency and team capacity.
– Spearhead weekly status report meetings to ensure transparency and keep all stakeholders informed.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in project management within a creative agency environment.
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
– Proficient in project management software, such as Asana.
– Understanding of WordPress, a core CMS used in many of our projects (a plus).
– The ability to contribute to content creation and input is a valuable asset.
